Sustainability
blomus is aware of its responsibility and strives to minimise CO₂ emissions in many areas. For this reason, parcels from the blomus online shop are dispatched via DHL GoGreen. This means that delivery is carbon-neutral, or that DHL offsets its CO₂ emissions through climate projects.
Partial shipping
Partial deliveries are generally not possible. If you place several separate orders, shipping costs will apply to each one.
Order status
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will notify you by email. You can also check the delivery status via the customer portal.
Shipping within Germany
Parcel delivery
Parcel delivery within Germany is handled by DHL. Delivery is free for orders over €50; for orders below this amount, a delivery charge of €4.90 applies.
Small items, spare parts or flat-packed items are sent as standard parcels via Deutsche Post.

Freight shipping within Germany is carried out by experienced service providers and is free of charge for you.
When ordering via our furniture configurator, you also have the option to book a comprehensive service. The following delivery options are available:

- Kerbside delivery (free of charge)
- Delivery including assembly (€150)
- Delivery including assembly and collection of old furniture (€250)
For items marked as “freight forwarding”, the delivery time is one to three working days, with the following exceptions:
- Items from the STAY, GROW & GROVA ranges may have a delivery time of up to 10 days.
- Items from the “Sofas” category, such as the TASI, LUA and MOCO ranges, are made to order specifically for you. Therefore, the delivery time is 6–8 weeks.
International shipping

Delivery is free for orders over €75. Below this value, the delivery charge is €6.95.
