Product description
Moonbeam appears as a light beige with a subtle sheen, giving the set a discreet, elegant look. The cups’ matte exterior surfaces create a harmonious contrast with the glossy inner glaze. The simple saucers also reflect the minimalist design language and provide the cups with a fitting place when serving.
Designed by Nina Thöming, the design focuses on balanced shapes, subtle coloring, and the deliberate interplay of different surfaces. This four-piece set fits seamlessly into a coffee break or an after-dinner espresso with its clean, modern style. The two cups with saucers are part of the PILAR series.

Care Instruction:
Stoneware is made from clay, quartz, or minerals such as calcite and belongs to the group of ceramic products. Typical items made from stoneware include plates, bowls, planters, and dishes, which are shaped through a casting process and fired at very high temperatures ranging from about 970 to 1320 degrees Celsius. Thanks to this intense firing process, stoneware is more durable than regular clay and less translucent than porcelain. The final colors are strongly influenced by the firing temperature and duration, giving each piece its own individual structure and unique shading.
Since stoneware is not naturally waterproof, it is usually glazed. This makes it stable, durable, and perfectly suitable for everyday use – as is the case with our PILAR series. However, slight cutlery marks may appear on stoneware items over time. This is not a defect but a completely natural process, as the glaze is fired at a lower temperature than the ceramic body underneath, allowing subtle traces to develop with use.
Our PILAR tableware is dishwasher safe and can also be used in the microwave.
