blomus is aware of its responsibility and tries to minimise CO2 emissions in many places. For this reason, all parcels are sent with DHL GoGreen. This means that your delivery is emission-free or DHL offsets CO2 emissions with climate projects.

 

 

 

Shipping within Germany

 

 

 

Parcel shipping: Shipping within Germany is done by DHL and is free of shipping costs for orders over 50,- Euro. For orders below an order value of 50,- Euro the shipping costs within Germany are 4,90 Euro.

 

Smaller parts, such as spare parts or very flat-packed items, are sent as merchandise shipments by Deutsche Post.

 

Shipping: Due to their dimensions, some outdoor items from the STAY collections are excluded. Please note the shipping details on the respective item detail pages.

 

Delivery time: The delivery time for shipping with DHL is one to two working days (from receipt of payment) and for merchandise shipments five to ten working days (from receipt of payment). For items that exceed the DHL parcel dimensions and are sent as "bulky goods" (e.g. torch sticks, large magnetic boards, furniture, carpets, etc.), the delivery time is one to three working days (from receipt of payment). For articles of the STAY series, the delivery time can be up to 10 working days.

 

 

 

International shipping

 

 

 

Parcel delivery: We currently deliver to the following countries:

 

- Austria

 

- France (some areas excluded)

 

- Netherlands (some areas excluded)

 

- Spain (islands excluded)

 

- Italy (some areas excluded)

 

- Belgium

 

- Luxembourg

 

Deliveries outside Germany have a shipping cost threshold of 75,- Euro. Shipping costs below this threshold are 6,95,- Euro.

 

 

 

Shipping: Due to your measurements, some articles are excluded. Please note the shipping details on the respective item detail pages. Shipping costs cannot be refunded in the event of a return.

 

Delivery time: The delivery time for international shipments with DHL is usually two to four working days (from receipt of payment) and for merchandise shipments five to ten working days (from receipt of payment). Partial delivery / multiple orders

 

Partial delivery is generally not possible. If you place several individual orders, shipping costs will be charged again for each order.

 

 

 

Order status

 

We will inform you by e-mail as soon as your order has left our warehouse. The delivery status can also be called up via the customer portal.
