Made from matte-glazed ceramic, VELA impresses with a pleasantly soft feel and a high-quality, serene surface. The wide plate provides a stable base and also offers space for small decorative accents such as branches, stones, or seasonal details. Practical for everyday use: its generous shape reliably catches dripping wax and protects delicate surfaces.
The candle holder was designed by Nina Thöming, who combines clean lines with a warm, homely character in VELA. The light Moonbeam shade looks subtle and friendly, and can be effortlessly combined with natural materials, muted colors, or colorful accents.
Combined with other colors and sizes from the VELA series, it creates a harmonious lighting arrangement with a personal touch.

About
Designer Nina Thöming (b. 1984) is an employee of the German design studio Flöz Design, which has been a reliable partner of Blomus for 15 years. With a background in industrial design, Nina Thöming works systematically.
She starts her work process with research and by finding out the requirements and needs of the market. This is followed by the creative process of applying this knowledge to beautiful, but also functional, interior design items. The Pilar tableware series and the Sono bathroom accessories are her previously known products for blomus.
