Product description

The STAGE floor lamp in Satellite is an elegant floor light for direct or indirect illumination. Its slim, pared-back design by Adam Miller is inspired by vertical sculptures and the shape of a classic microphone stand. Aluminum and plastic define its delicate appearance, while a heavy, round base ensures stability.

The cylindrical LED light source can be adjusted to various angles using a distinctive, oversized wheel. This allows the light angle to be easily adapted to suit the situation—from bright illumination for focused work to subtle ambient lighting. Three preset brightness levels and an additional dimming function enable customized lighting. A textile cable complements the clean design with a finely coordinated detail.

With its timeless aesthetic, the floor lamp is suitable for a variety of living and working areas. STAGE is part of a lighting series that, in addition to the classic floor lamp, also includes a desk lamp.

About

Trained in both architecture and furniture design in the US and Denmark, Adam Miller (born 1984) is familiar with designing at all scales. Today, his Los Angeles based creative studio AD Miller takes on projects in the fields of both architecture and interiors, as well as creating sculptures, lighting, and homeware products. The designer’s curiosity and international mindset have led him to travel all over the world, and his time living in Italy further developed his appreciation for the art of story- telling through every piece he creates. Current projects range from high-end residences in California to a series of product lines with European manufacturers.
