Nina Thöming’s design focuses on a balanced interplay of vertical lines, a round basic shape, and contrasting materials. Thanks to its open design, the glass cylinder remains visible and becomes the centerpiece of the lantern. The warm Rusty Look emphasizes its expressive character.
The model is intended for outdoor use thanks to its internal glass cylinder and is suitable, for example, for a patio or balcony. With its compact size, the XS version can be positioned specifically as an atmospheric lighting accent. LITO is available in several sizes and colors that can be combined with one another. This allows this version to blend harmoniously into the versatile LITO series.
Designer: Nina Thöming
About
Designer Nina Thöming (b. 1984) is an employee of the German design studio Flöz Design, which has been a reliable partner of Blomus for 15 years. With a background in industrial design, Nina Thöming works systematically.
She starts her work process with research and by finding out the requirements and needs of the market. This is followed by the creative process of applying this knowledge to beautiful, but also functional, interior design items. The Pilar tableware series and the Sono bathroom accessories are her previously known products for blomus.
