The knurling technique used, a metal processing method in which knurling tools are used to give the surface a special embossing, increases the slip resistance of the surface due to the increased friction and the surface is reinforced.

The knurled surface with titanium coating not only offers a pleasant feel, but is also hard-wearing, corrosion-resistant, scratch-resistant and therefore extremely durable. About
Designer Nina Thöming (b. 1984) is an employee of the German design studio Flöz Design, which has been a reliable partner of Blomus for 15 years. With a background in industrial design, Nina Thöming works systematically.
She starts her work process with research and by finding out the requirements and needs of the market. This is followed by the creative process of applying this knowledge to beautiful, but also functional, interior design items. The Pilar tableware series and the Sono bathroom accessories are her previously known products for blomus.
