Product description
The combination of clear glass and a solid polyresin base gives the piece a distinctive presence. In size M in particular, the candle lantern looks decorative without being overpowering, making it ideal for atmospheric evenings, relaxed dinners, or as an elegant eye-catcher in everyday life. The fine, material-specific fibers in the surface emphasize its individual character and make each piece unique.
CALMA was designed by Nina Thöming, whose designs are defined by reduced forms, balanced proportions, and timeless aesthetics. This allows the candle lantern to blend effortlessly into both modern and classic interior styles.
The base is made from recycled polyresin, subtly reflecting the collection’s material concept as well. As part of the CALMA series, size M can be beautifully combined with other colors and formats.

About
Designer Nina Thöming (b. 1984) is an employee of the German design studio Flöz Design, which has been a reliable partner of Blomus for 15 years. With a background in industrial design, Nina Thöming works systematically.
She starts her work process with research and by finding out the requirements and needs of the market. This is followed by the creative process of applying this knowledge to beautiful, but also functional, interior design items. The Pilar tableware series and the Sono bathroom accessories are her previously known products for blomus.
