Product description
The combination of polyamide, polyester, and viscose forms the textile surface. The subtle Shitake color blends harmoniously into a variety of interior design concepts and particularly showcases the curved silhouette. Whether in the living room, hallway, or lounge, the bench provides additional seating while also adding a calm design accent.
KUON was designed by Japanese designer Kazushige Miyake. The bench is part of the KUON furniture collection, whose design is characterized by rounded shapes, soft contours, and a pared-down aesthetic.

About
Japanese designer Kazushige Miyake (b. 1973) graduated from Tama Art University in Tokyo with a specialization in design. He then began his career as a product designer in Great Britain before returning to Japan in 1999.
In 2005, he founded his own design studio. Today, Miyake Design is synonymous with clear and functional product design, from lounge chairs to suitcases, always with the discerning consumer in mind. Miyake favors simplicity and straightforwardness in his designs, and believes that every object has its own form.
This form is not limited to its physical presence, but also includes the aura or atmosphere that surrounds the object and its effect on those who use it.
Kazushige Miyake has received a number of prestigious design awards, including the iF Design Award, the Red Dot Design Award and the Good Design Award. Today, he is a member of the evaluation committees for both the Good Design Award and the iF Design Award.

Care Instruction:
As precautions, sharp or pointed objects such as keys, edged toys, or jewelry should be kept away from the fabric to prevent damage. If a loose stitch or thread appears, it can usually be guided back into the fabric with a blunt object, but pulling or cutting should be avoided as this may worsen the damage. It is also important to note that new denim clothing can cause permanent discoloration, particularly on light or medium-colored fabrics, as the dye may transfer through body heat. Such discolorations are irreversible.
