Product description

The FAROL FLOOR rechargeable LED floor lamp in Gunmetal features a clear, minimalist design. As a cordless floor lamp, it can be placed flexibly wherever an additional light source is needed. Its silhouette is inspired by the simple form of traditional European lighthouses. Matt powder-coated aluminum and plastic define its design, while the dark Gunmetal tone reinforces its understated appearance.

The integrated rechargeable battery allows it to be used both indoors and outdoors. Switching the lamp on and off and selecting between three brightness levels is controlled by briefly touching the center of the lampshade. A dimming function is also available. The included magnetic USB cable is used for charging.

Designed by Peter Lienhart, this floor lamp is ideal as a light source for a cozy corner in the living room, for example, and can also be placed outdoors when needed. Its clean-lined design blends discreetly into a variety of settings and complements the FAROL series as a classic floor model.

About

Peter Lienhart (born 1969) has a degree in industrial design from Pforzheim University in Germany, and this is discernibly the starting point for his well-defined aesthetic vision – one where the purity of a shape will always be paramount, and any detail must have a clear purpose.

His considerable experience with product design and strong focus on the technical aspects of any home item have made him the perfect designer of lighting solutions such as the new Farol lamp for blomus.
