At blomus, we want you to make your decision with calm and confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order. This gives you plenty of time at home to examine your selection and decide whether each product is the perfect fit for you. We want you to feel secure when shopping at blomus.com – with enough time to experience materials, colors, and shapes in your home before making a final decision.

Easy Returns – How Your blomus Return Works

Returning items to blomus is simple and convenient. Please send the items back in perfect, unused, and complete condition, ideally in the original packaging so they arrive safely. Include the delivery note or a short letter with your order number – this allows us to process your return quickly. Send the package to the address listed on the delivery note; unfortunately, we cannot accept unpaid shipments. For a smooth process, we recommend using insured shipping with tracking, and we kindly ask you to keep the receipt until your refund is issued.

How to Initiate Your Return – Fast and Easy

To start your return, simply log in to your customer account on blomus.com. Under your orders, you can select the relevant item and download the appropriate return label directly using your order number.

Alternatively, you can use our online return form without logging in: blomus.com/de/service/return-form, or contact customer service at support@blomus.com.

After completing the form, you will receive your label via email. Print it out, attach it to your package – and drop it off with the indicated shipping provider (usually DHL). That’s how easy and convenient it is to start your blomus return.

Return Costs at a Glance – Fair and Transparent

At blomus, transparency is important to us: Return shipping costs are generally your responsibility. However, if the return is due to an error on our part – such as an incorrect delivery, damaged item, or another defect – we will of course cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, please contact our customer service so we can provide you with the appropriate return label and all necessary information regarding your blomus return.

Your Refund – Simple, Secure, and Reliable

Once your return has arrived at blomus and has been checked, we will refund the purchase amount via the payment method originally used. Refunds are usually issued within seven business days after receipt of the goods.

Please note that personalized or custom-made products, used or damaged items, as well as goods without the required original packaging – if needed for resale – are excluded from returns. These exclusions also apply to furniture from the MOCO, TASI, and LUA series. Items from these series are custom-made and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned.
