Product description
Characteristic of Kazushige Miyake’s design is the molded wood frame that supports the backrest and armrests. The frame is made of black-stained oak, creating a striking contrast with the Espresso fabric. The cushions rest on a wooden base, making the upholstered elements appear to float visually. Soft contours and the minimalist construction give the sofa a light, elegant appearance.
The fabric is composed of polyacrylic, linen, nylon, and polyester. Its warm color scheme blends harmoniously into a variety of interior concepts and emphasizes the modern lines. As a sofa with a chaise longue on the left, the model is suited to an interior layout that calls for a clearly aligned seating arrangement. The chaise longue is part of the modularly designed MOCO series.

Care Instruction:
Remove liquids or dried residues using an absorbent cotton cloth or a spoon/scraper. Remove non-greasy stains by gently dabbing with a lint-free cloth or sponge wrung out in clean, warm water. Avoid water marks by gently dabbing the stain in a circular motion from the outside toward the center using a clean, lint-free cloth. Remove greasy stains using appropriate cleaning agents or solvents. Always test stain removal products on an inconspicuous area first. Allow the fabric to dry completely before use.
Warning: Do not rub the material vigorously, as this may cause color loss and damage the pile. Exercise particular caution when using solvents, as they may dissolve the upholstery material beneath the textile surface. Under no circumstances should undiluted cleaning agents, bleach, ammonia, or soaps intended for hard surfaces be used. These instructions are provided as recommendations only and cannot guarantee complete stain removal. To ensure satisfactory results—especially for large stains—we recommend contacting a professional dry-cleaning service. It is important to state whether the stain has already been treated.
Material information
It also complies with Australian requirements in accordance with AS/NZS 3837 Class 2. In addition, the material meets the IMO FTP Code 2010 Part 8 maritime standard, making it suitable for demanding applications.
With appropriate treatment, higher classifications such as BS 5852 Crib 5, US California Bulletin 117-2013 and NFPA 260 are also achieved, which cover particularly stringent fire safety requirements for commercial and hospitality applications.
