Product description
The powder-coated steel housing looks high-quality and understated, while plastic elements make everyday use convenient. Thanks to the handle, the inner bin can be easily removed, emptied, and cleaned. The oval pedal opens the lid comfortably without touching it; afterward, the soft-close mechanism closes it quietly and in a controlled manner. An integrated carbon filter helps bind moisture and reduce unpleasant odors — practical for everyday use and pleasantly discreet.
MODO was designed by Nina Thöming, who combines functional bathroom accessories with a reduced, elegant aesthetic. In White, the pedal bin blends particularly harmoniously into bright, modern interiors and adds a compact, attractive detail to the MODO series.

About
Designer Nina Thöming (b. 1984) is an employee of the German design studio Flöz Design, which has been a reliable partner of Blomus for 15 years. With a background in industrial design, Nina Thöming works systematically.
She starts her work process with research and by finding out the requirements and needs of the market. This is followed by the creative process of applying this knowledge to beautiful, but also functional, interior design items. The Pilar tableware series and the Sono bathroom accessories are her previously known products for blomus.
