The TASI 2-seater combination in Shitake is a sofa that combines modern restraint with tangible comfort. As a compact combination, it is ideal for living rooms where you want to relax and entertain guests in style.
Upholstered with Kvadrat Melange Nap made from 97% combed virgin wool and 3% nylon, the surface feels pleasantly warm and is also robust enough for everyday use. The mottled Shitake tone brings calm to the room, can be easily combined with wood, stone, or dark accents, and adds an elegant, textile depth. As a two-seater sofa, the module is just the right size for smaller living rooms, open-plan apartments, or as an addition to an existing seating group.
Designed by the kaschkasch design studio, TASI impresses with its clean lines and harmonious, inviting proportions that don't need to be loud to make an impact.
And best of all, this element is part of the TASI series and can be expanded with additional modules to create your own personal favorite spot.

About
The German design studio kaschkasch was established in 2011 by Florian Kallus (born 1983) and Sebastian Schneider (born 1985). Since then, the two designers have been a strong voice on the international design scene.
The duo works within the creative fields of art direction, furniture and lighting design, servicing a number of international brands. Kaschkasch is primarily known for simple yet refined designs, and for Florian Kallus and Sebastian Schneider’s continuous exploration of the interplay between functionality and beauty. The studio has received numerous awards, among them the prestigious Red Dot Award for the Ani lamp for blomus in 2019 and the German Design Award Special for the Stay outdoor range in 2021.

Care Instruction:
Vacuum regularly using an attachment suitable for upholstery fabrics, preferably on a weekly basis. Remove stains immediately.
Remove liquids or dried residues using an absorbent cotton cloth or a spoon/scraper. Remove non-greasy stains by gently dabbing with a lint-free cloth or sponge wrung out in clean, warm water. Avoid water marks by gently dabbing the stain in a circular motion from the outside toward the center using a clean, lint-free cloth. Remove greasy stains using appropriate cleaning agents or solvents. Always test stain removal products on an inconspicuous area first. Allow the fabric to dry completely before use.
Warning: Do not rub the material vigorously, as this may cause color loss and damage the pile. Exercise particular caution when using solvents, as they may dissolve the upholstery material beneath the textile surface. Under no circumstances should undiluted cleaning agents, bleach, ammonia, or soaps intended for hard surfaces be used. These instructions are provided as recommendations only and cannot guarantee complete stain removal. To ensure satisfactory results—especially for large stains—we recommend contacting a professional dry-cleaning service. It is important to state whether the stain has already been treated.

This product meets numerous international standards for flame resistance and fire safety. It has been tested to key European and British standards such as BS 5852 Part 1 and EN 1021-1/2, which assess the fire performance of upholstered furniture when exposed to cigarette and small flame sources.
It also complies with Australian specifications such as AS/NZS 3837 Class 2 and AS/NZS 1530.3, as well as US standards such as ASTM E84 Class A/B and California Bulletin 117-2013.
For special applications, the material also meets requirements such as IMO FTP Code 2010 Part 8, UNI 9175 1IM, NF D 60 013 and SN 198 898 5.3.
With appropriate treatment, higher classifications such as BS 5852 Crib 5 and EN 13501 B-s2, d0 are also achieved, making the product suitable for commercial and hospitality areas.
