Product description
Made from powder-coated steel and complemented by a clear glass cylinder, it combines a delicate appearance with everyday durability. The fine metal bars frame the light in a special way, creating a lively play of shadows that gently brings the room to life. The M size in particular makes this model versatile: present enough to stand out, yet subtle enough for harmonious arrangements.
LYVA was designed by Nina Thöming, who used her sense for clean lines and timeless proportions to create a design that feels modern while still radiating a homely warmth. The reinterpretation of classic lantern forms gives the piece a light, architectural presence.
Whether placed on its own or combined with other models, this lantern reveals its distinctive character again and again as part of the LYVA series.
Designer: Nina Thöming
About
Designer Nina Thöming (b. 1984) is an employee of the German design studio Flöz Design, which has been a reliable partner of Blomus for 15 years. With a background in industrial design, Nina Thöming works systematically.
She starts her work process with research and by finding out the requirements and needs of the market. This is followed by the creative process of applying this knowledge to beautiful, but also functional, interior design items. The Pilar tableware series and the Sono bathroom accessories are her previously known products for blomus.
