Made from robust concrete and clear glass, CALMA combines striking materiality with functional comfort. The heavy concrete base ensures a secure stand, while the glass top protects the candle flame and gently distributes the light throughout the room. It is suitable for a candle with a diameter of 70 mm and a maximum height of 100 mm; delivery does not include a candle.
Designed by Nina Thöming, the lantern embodies a clear design language that combines urban character with timeless restraint. It is precisely this balanced interplay that makes CALMA a design object that does not merely illuminate, but deliberately shapes spaces.

About
Designer Nina Thöming (b. 1984) is an employee of the German design studio Flöz Design, which has been a reliable partner of Blomus for 15 years. With a background in industrial design, Nina Thöming works systematically.
She starts her work process with research and by finding out the requirements and needs of the market. This is followed by the creative process of applying this knowledge to beautiful, but also functional, interior design items. The Pilar tableware series and the Sono bathroom accessories are her previously known products for blomus.
